Imagine you walk into your doctor's office and instead of receiving a prescription for medication or clinical intervention, you are handed a referral for a singing lesson, music concert performance, art class, or ticket to a museum. This innovative model of care is called "arts on prescription" or "social prescribing." Healthcare providers and social service agencies "prescribe" a variety of nonclinical arts activities and experiences to support a patient or client's overall health and well-being. We are pleased to offer SingRx as one such program.
THE PROCESS
Thanks to one of our partners, Art Pharmacy, we are able to provide SingRx to Art Pharmacy members. Take a look at how the process works below:

REFERRAL
Art Pharmacy receives a referral from an individual's health plan or provider.

CARE NAVIGATION
Art Pharmacy's specialized *Care Navigator makes a tailored recommendation for arts and culture engagements, such as SingRx.

PARTICIPATION
Members enjoy an arts and culture experience specifically chosen for its therapeutic benefits, such as SingRx program. The member experiences SingRx remotely from the comfort of the member's home.

FOLLOW-UP
Art Pharmacy's Care Navigator checks in after each engagement, taking care of all data collection.

NEW 'DOSE'
The cycle continues for the remainder of the Be Delighted SingRx 'prescription.'
*The Care Navigator covers all logistics (i.e. books, tickets) and sets up other access support.
